Air Fryer Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

This is my first ever upload of a recipe. I learned how to cook when I started dating my now husband. Before, I hadn’t fried an egg in my life & obviously didn’t even know how to. Same goes with baking – this was my first ever baking recipe try and safe to say, you’d never think a rookie baked this kinda cupcake.

What you’ll need:

1 Egg (Large)
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
½ Cup Milk
½ Cup Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 Cup Flour
⅓ Cup Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt

Method:
Step 1 (Wet Ingredients)
In a mixing bowl, add:
Egg
Sugar
Milk
Oil
Vinegar

Whisk til smooooooth & set aside.

Step 2 (Dry Ingredients)
In a separate mixing bowl, sift:
Flour
Cocoa
Baking Soda
Salt

Give it a mix.

Now combine wet to dry ingredients & mix. That’s your batter!
Remember to mix slowly but ensure all ingredients are being well incorporated together. 

Bake in the airfryer for 12 mins at 160.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING RECIPE
Don’t be lazy, make the frosting. Trust me, it makes THE difference. 

You’ll need:
½ Cup Butter Melted (250g)
1 Cup Icing Sugar
¼ Cup Cocoa

Method:
Add the melted butter to a bowl.
Sift:
Icing Sugar
Cocoa

Mix mix mix & there’s your frosting!
